Understand the dashboard

Use the Parcels, Pallets or Truckloads dashboard as the starting point for daily work.

Each entitled module has its own dashboard. Parcels, Pallets and Truckloads data are not mixed in one screen.

After sign-in, the portal opens the first entitled module. From there you can move to the other modules shown in the header.

Parcel dashboard

Open Parcels when you need an overview of parcel activity. The dashboard can show:

  • Shipment totals by operational status
  • The latest parcel shipments
  • The latest returns
  • Open parcel claims
  • Open parcel tickets
  • Service-level summary information

From here you can open the shipment list, a return, a claim, a ticket or the performance report when that item is shown.

The shipment totals use a recent two-week window. Latest shipments and latest returns are short lists, not the full history. Use Parcel shipments when you need to search a longer period.

Pallet dashboard

Open Pallets when you need an overview of pallet activity. The pallet dashboard can show:

  • Pallet totals for a recent two-week window
  • Latest pallet shipments
  • Incoming orders
  • Pallet claims
  • Pallet tickets
  • Performance and country results, when available
Placeholder for the Pallet dashboard
Screenshot required — replace `/pallet`. Mask company and destination details.

From here you can open an order, continue to incoming orders or the shipment list, or follow a claim or ticket.

Some administrator accounts can change the company shown on the pallet dashboard. Other users see only their own company. Distributor accounts can also be limited to permitted destination countries.

Truckloads dashboard

Open Truckloads when you need an overview of Full Truck Load activity. The dashboard can show:

  • Transport totals for a recent two-week window
  • Status counts for Planned, In Transit and Arrived
  • Latest transport updates
  • Period performance compared with the same interval in the previous year, when that view is shown
Placeholder for the Truckloads dashboard
Screenshot required — replace `/ftl`. Mask origin, destination and company details.

From here you can open a transport, continue to the shipment list or open the performance report when that item is shown.

Header and account

While you are signed in, the header can show:

  • The modules your company is allowed to use
  • An unread notification count
  • Access to Account, where you can review company information, update your phone number, open invoices or contracts when they are available, and sign out

Use the product that matches the shipment type. A parcel claim or ticket will not appear in Pallets or Truckloads. A pallet order will not appear in Parcels or Truckloads. A truckload will not appear in Parcels or Pallets.
