Use filters and exports

Narrow a list to the records you need and export the same filtered view.

Filters belong to the list you are viewing. Export downloads the filtered result, not every record in the portal.

Filter a list

  1. Open the correct list
Use a Parcels, Pallets or Truckloads list, not a mix of products.
  2. Set the filters that belong to that page
Only the controls on the page apply to that list.
  3. Check the result count
Confirm the number of rows still matches the work you need to do.
  4. Export the current view
Use Export when the page offers it. The file follows the active filters.

Filters you can expect

Parcel shipments can include date and status filters, together with the other operational filters shown on that list.

Pallet shipments can include date, status, shipper and destination filters.

Truckload shipments can include date, origin, destination and status filters.

The Truckloads performance report uses the period and the origin, destination or other filters that are active on that page. Export follows that same scope.

Parcel and pallet claims can include status, date and company filters, plus a date range.

Tickets can be filtered and exported from the ticket overview in the same workspace.

The parcel shipment list starts with a limited date range. Widen the dates before you decide that a shipment is missing.

After you export

Open the file and check that the row count matches the filtered list on screen. If it does not, keep the filters as they were, take a screenshot and follow Portal errors.
