Sign in to the portal

Sign in is the secure entry point to the Arrowline Portal. After a successful sign-in, the portal opens only the modules your company is allowed to use.

Before you start

• The email address registered for your portal user
• Your portal password
• A company account that is allowed to use Parcels, Pallets, Truckloads or a combination of those modules

Sign in

1. Open the sign-in page
   Go to the Arrowline Portal sign-in page.
2. Enter your email and password
   Use the email address registered for your user. The portal does not tell you whether an email address exists if sign-in fails.
3. Select Sign in
   The portal checks your details and opens a session for your company.
4. Continue to your workspace
   The portal sends you to the first module your company is entitled to use. See Choose your workflow.

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in page, use the Forgot password link and follow Reset your password.
