Follow a pallet with an order number or tracking number.
Incoming ordersLabel, confirm or correct orders before they leave.
Shipment listSearch signed-in pallet shipments by order or barcode.
Claims and ticketsReport an incident or ask Support to investigate.
Where to start
The Pallet dashboard is the overview. It can show recent pallet totals, latest shipments, incoming orders, claims, tickets and performance results. See Understand the dashboard.
Distributor accounts may only see pallet records for permitted destination countries. Some administrator accounts can change the company shown on the dashboard.
