The Arrowline Portal is organised by the work your company is allowed to do. After sign-in, the home address of the portal is not a mixed dashboard. It sends you to the first module your company can use.
Signed-in workspaces
Use Parcels for outbound parcel shipments, returns, claims and parcel tickets.
PalletsUse Pallets for incoming orders, pallet shipments, package details, claims and pallet tickets.
TruckloadsUse Truckloads for Full Truck Load transports, stops, status alerts and the performance report.
What opens after sign-in
The portal reads the modules assigned to your company and opens the first available workspace in this order:
- Parcels
- Truckloads, if your company has it
- Pallets
The top navigation only offers the modules your company is entitled to use. You still cannot open a hidden module by using a saved link.
Track a pallet without signing in
Public pallet tracking is a separate page. Anyone with an order number or tracking number can track a pallet without a portal account.
Parcel shipments and Truckloads transports are not available on the public tracking page. Use the signed-in Parcels or Truckloads workspace for those.
