A status is an operational event that the portal has received and can show. It is not a Support decision and it is not a claim outcome.
How to read a timeline
- The newest event is the current position shown by the portal.
- Earlier events show how the shipment reached that position.
- An exception or a missing event may need a follow-up with Arrowline Support.
- Times come from the source event. Pallet public tracking orders events by the stored status date and time.
On public pallet tracking, the detail page refreshes about every 30 seconds while it stays open.
Each product uses its own status set
Parcel statuses are grouped into operational categories from the events received for that parcel.
Pallet statuses come from the pallet status history. The portal maps those events into the phases you see on the timeline.
Truckloads statuses are operational transport statuses such as Planned, In Transit and Arrived.
Use the product pages when you need the detailed lists:
Statuses are not the same as support cases
A shipment can show a normal tracking status while a claim or ticket is still open.
- Use a parcel claim or pallet claim for damage, shortage or loss.
- Use a parcel ticket or pallet ticket when you need an investigation.
If the latest event is missing, see A shipment status is not updated.
