The Truckloads dashboard and shipment list use operational statuses for Full Truck Load transports. The statuses you can expect are:
- Planned
- In Transit
- Arrived
How to read a status
- Check the last update on the same row
- Check origin, destination and the stop list
- Open the transport detail when you need the arrival and departure timeline
- Look again later if a newer event may still arrive
Times come from the transport record the portal received. They can differ from the time on your clock.
Statuses are not support cases
A transport can show In Transit or Arrived while you still need Arrowline to look at a delay or a missing update.

Truckloads does not use the Parcels or Pallets claim and ticket forms. If the status looks wrong, keep the order number and follow A shipment status is not updated.
