Truckload shipments

The Truckloads shipment list is the main working list for Full Truck Load transports. It shows the transports available to your company.

What you can do

• Search or filter the list
• Move through pages
• Review the latest status
• Open a transport
• Turn status notifications on or off

Columns on the list

Each row can include:

• Departure date
• Order number
• Origin
• Destination
• Stops
• Licence plate
• Status
• Last update

The status you see is an operational Truckloads status such as Planned, In Transit or Arrived. See Truckload statuses.

Find a transport

1. Open Truckloads
   Sign in and open the Truckloads workspace.
2. Open the shipment list
   Go to the Truckloads shipment list.
3. Set the date range
   Widen the dates if the transport is older than the period on screen.
4. Search or filter
   Use the order number and the origin, destination, status or other filters shown on the page.
5. Check the row
   Confirm the origin, destination, licence plate and date before you continue.

If the transport is still missing, follow A shipment cannot be found.
